Stonefish Platinum at the Opera House!

Stonefish Platinum Chardonnay Pinot Noir has recently been chosen as the house Sparkling wine for Opera Kitchen at the Sydney Opera House. Over 40 sparkling wines were submitted for tasting and Stonefish was selected on a number of criteria including taste, price and presentation.

Introduced to the market in late 2012, this wine has quickly become one of the flagship varietals of the Stonefish range. This premium quality wine is available in two colours – Platinum and Gold. The Gold label was introduced primarily to appeal to the growing export market in Asia but is also available to Australian customers.

This wine is produced on contract for Stonefish International from premium South Australian vineyards. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties are the traditional grapes for making high quality sparkling wine, and this drop is no exception! The wine itself exhibits fresh stone fruit and strawberry flavours, complemented by a soft and sweet mid palate leading to a creamy finish.
