Named after founding partners, the Glazebrook family, this range explores the potential of the very best grape varieties grown in the top wine growing regions across New Zealand.

Bouquet of ripe peach, mango and melon. Subtle spicy oak with hints of cinnamon, almond and cream. Smooth, creamy textured palate with butterscotch and pineapple. Persistent stonefruit and ripe tropical fruit flavours.

Dark red with purple hues. Warm and inviting nose with lifted raspberry and blackberry aromas. Ripe plum, spice and vanilla oak. Dark plum and cherry flavours with a cassis edge. Round and textured palate with fine grained tannins. Hints of spice and cedar add interest.

Glazebrook Hawkes Bay Syrah (Shiraz)

Deep, dense colour with Damson plum and purple hues. Lifted floral edge with dark plum and ripe raspberry. Sweet nutmeg and cinnamon spice with some star anise. Evenly textured palate with ripe berry fruit and hints of anise and other spices. Distinctive white pepper finish. Warm earthy, slightly meaty notes with fine grained tannins on a long lingering finish. An excellent expression of Hawke’s Bay Syrah.

Glazebrook Pinot Gris

Region: Hawkes Bay
Current Vintage: 2015 | Cartons 12 x 750ml

Colour: Pale straw with light gold hues. Bouquet: Ripe pear, guava, melon and blossom aroma with a cinnamon/biscuity edge. Palate: Round and nicely textured. Persistent flavour of sweet nashi pear and white peach with a sweet spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) finish. Food Matching: Try richly flavoured chicken, turkey or pork.

Bouquet: Lifted, ripe tropical fruit on nose – mango and melon. Complex layer of fruit and herbs, with that classic Marlborough sweaty edge. Palate: Full bodied, textured palate of tropical fruit and white peach with a limey edge. Hints of fennel and anise add interest. Long, lingering finish.
