This cabernet merlot is deep red colour and displays plum aromas with hints of coffee and chocolate. The generous palate is dominated by soft fleshy fruit filling up front with plum and cassis like fruits filling in the mouth. The silky tannin structure is firm and persistent leaving a lingering velvet like finish.

This Shiraz is deep red in colour with a rich black cherry aroma balanced with soft vanillin oak. The palate is generous with berry fruits with a velvet tannin finish.
