Individual vineyards have been sought out for their specific terroir and suitability to certain varietals in the region. Shiraz from Macclesfield, Sauvignon Blanc from Woodside and Pinot Noir from Oakbank. Lambrook Wines; regionally focused, distinctly different.

This handpicked, whole bunch pressed Lambrook Adelaide Hills Chardonnay delivers a sophisticated nose and a lavish palate of nectarine and citrus. Perfectly balanded acidity is complemented with a creamy French oak finish. This elegant wine will develop further complexity over the next 5 to 7 years.

The palate shows good weight, structure and length integrated with subtle, savoury new oak providing a delicate yet full flavoured wine. A lifted floral perfume on the nose leads to sweet cherries and spicy cloves. A great vintage for Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir.

This pure, single vineyard, hand picked Sauvignon Blanc displays sensational citrus, honey and tropical flavours, minerality, elegance and has a fresh and vibrant finish. An excellent example of a signature grape of the Adelaide Hills from an outstanding vintage.

Lambrook Shiraz

A vibrant deep red colour with aromas of plum and blackberry. Spice, plum and dark fruits round out the palate with a fine grain tannin finish. Picked in the early hours of the morning to maintain freshness before being crushes into small open top fermenters. The resulting wine was matured in French oak for 15 months.

Lambrook Spark Sparkling Pinot Noir

Region: Adelaide Hills
Current Vintage: 2016 | Cartons 6 x 750ml

This rosé style sparkling displays cherry, guava, strawberry and complex yeast characters on the nose. These flavours continue through on the palate with a burst of fresh acidity and a delicate, fine bead. Selected Pinot Noir grapes are pressed off skins almost immediately, leaving just a touch of colour behind.
