McGuigan Bin Series 2000 Shiraz

A rich, full-bodied wine with ripe fruit, tight, fine-grained tannins and warm finish. Intense varietal fruit flavours are coupled with an underlay of toasty charred oak.

This is the perfect wine for the Australian lifestyle; going particularly well with BBQ meats, pizza, lamb or tomato based pasta.

McGuigan Bin Series 7000 Chardonnay

Region: South Australia

This chardonnay exhibits the rich flavours of tropical fruit and citrus. It is a medium-bodied wine with a creamy mouth- feel from the oak influence along with a lovely fresh and crisp finish.

McGuigan Black Label Brut Cuvée Piccolo

Full bodied palate, toasty vanilla, peach & spice. Elegant robust and complex and fresh. A quality sparkling wine the subtle use of oak gives the wine richness and well exceeds the price point.

McGuigan Black Label Chardonnay Piccolo

This is a flavoursome wine with a soft, smooth creamy palate. It has the great sweet tropical fruit and melon flavours of chardonnay with a touch of caramel oak. The flavours integrate nicely in the mouth and result in a lingering clean finish.

A versatile wine which makes a great accompaniment to most food, in particular cream based pasta and succulent roast chicken dishes.

McGuigan Black Label Merlot Piccolo

McGuigan Black Label Merlot is a soft and flavoursome wine with ripe fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and plums. This is nicely integrated with the subtle oak characters of caramel and vanilla characters.

The soft velvety texture of merlot makes it a great partner for a range of dishes featuring red meat, pork and chicken.

McGuigan Black Label Sauvignon Blanc Piccolo

McGuigan Hand Made Shiraz

McGuigan Hand Made is a hand-crafted, limited edition wine that is the pinnacle of the McGuigan portfolio of wines. A rich full-bodied wine with a wonderful mix of dark cherries plum and spice – reminiscent of Christmas cake. This powerful wine finishes with delicate savoury notes and vanilla. Perfect when combined with rich red meats such as slow cooked beef fillet with roasted vegetables.

McGuigan Shortlist Botrytis Semillon

Region: Hunter Valley, New South Wales
Current Vintage: 2012 | Cartons: 6 x 375ml

Aromas flow through to the palate which is rich and coupled with a refreshing citrus finish. Peach, apricot, and wild honey notes are balanced perfectly by restrained acidity and citrus lift. Piercing natural acidity counteracts a palate that’s rich and luscious, driven by seductive apricot nectar and marmalade notes.

McGuigan Shortlist Cabernet Sauvignon

Region: Coonawarra, South Australia

The aromas flow through to the palate with rich dark berry and brooding stone fruit notes. Maturation in oak give
some savoury characters, a slight earthiness and soft, drying tannins which all meld together to form a long, lingering sensation. A balanced and approachable wine now or cellar for the next 5-10 years.

McGuigan Shortlist Chardonnay

Region: Adelaide Hills, South Australia
Current Vintage: 2013 | Cartons 6 x 750ml

The cool climate of the Adelaide Hills helps create a wine that has a fresh and zingy palate with a delightful complexity and lingering finish. The wine is stirred on lees once a week for 8 months and matured in brand new French oak hogsheads which result in an underlying delicate vanilla oak influence.

A delightful chardonnay that will combine with a range of dishes including creamy pasta or succulent poultry dishes.

McGuigan Shortlist Riesling

Region: Eden Valley, South Australia
Current Vintage: 2015 | Cartons 6 x 750ml

This wine has a fresh, crisp and zippy palate with brilliant fresh cut lime acidity and a lovely minerality that the Eden Valley is renowned for. Drinking well now, it also has tremendous cellaring potential.

Riesling is a delightful food wine and its crisp acidity will match perfectly with freshly shucked oysters and seafood.

Region: Barossa Valley

A classic fruit driven Barossa Valley shiraz, this wine displays ripe mulberry and plum characteristics. The conscious integrations of oak results in subtle vanilla and spice. This wine has youthful, grippy tannins and will develop in the bottle for the next 10 years.
