Our 2012 Shiraz is sourced from mature, low yielding vineyards in the Langhorne Creek region of South Australia. A concentrated and complex wine with dark chocolate, liquorice and spice aromas and flavours accentuated by nutty oak from barrel maturation. Full bodied yet supple with velvety tannins, a perfect match with red meat, wood-fired pizza as well as a mature cheddar cheese.
