Stonefish wins big in China!

Stonefish Wines CWSA Results

Things just keep on looking up for Stonefish Wines, taking out another hoard of awards at this year’s China Wine & Spirit Awards. Only the second time the winery has submitted products into the show and already the boutique wine label is making big waves in the Asian market.

The man with the Midas touch, Peter Papanikitas, says he’s “absolutely thrilled about the great results. It’s an exciting time to be part of the Australian wine industry, I’m here to show that Australian wine is not just about Penfolds and Yellowtail, there are some great boutique producers and it’s fantastic to see that they are starting to be noticed internationally. It’s been a lot of hard work from a dedicated group of people to get Stonefish to where it is today. I am excited for the future of the brand and proud to be part of growing and steering Australian wine export to China.”

After an impressive debut in last years’ show, 2015 has proved even more illustrious with three wines receiving coveted Double Gold medals.
