Mosaique Wines imports & distributes accross Australia a mosaic of artisanal French wines, from talented growers in Champagne, Alsace, Burgundy, Jura, Beaujolais, Rhone, Roussillon, Bordeaux, Loire as well as from lesser-known South-West of France where our family domaine is established since 1778.
An intriguing mix of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah from Provence make up this pleasing Rosé. Malolactic fermentation has been blocked to add to the zippy freshness and vibrant acidity. A very pale pink colour here, the nose offers florals, herbs, red fruits and a chalky backing. A gentle and subtle style, seamless and mid-length, with a touch of fruit sweetness to help fill out the mid-palate. A most enjoyable Rosé for drinking now.
