This dry white wine is fermented in French oak barrels for 6 months prior to bottling. The wine is a bright gold and blonde colour with characters of wood and citrus fruits on the nose. The palate is full, round and refreshing with balanced acidity and a characteristic minerality evident at the close. Serve with fish and white meat dishes, smoked cheese and smoked salmon.
