Grant Burge East Argyle Pinot Gris

Despite minimal fining the wine is vibrant pale gold and bursting with aromas of spiced pears, green apples and lemon curd. The cool vintage has helped us craft a wine with fantastic natural acidity and textural complexity; rich and round yet with delicate citrus and gently spiced fruit flavours to the fore.

Drink now, or cellar for up to 5 years, and drink with seared scallops, rocket and parmesan salad.
