Knee Deep Limited Release Kim’s Chardonnay

Aromas of ripe peach, nectarines and roasted hazel nuts greet you on the nose, followed by dense tones of brioche and creamy oak. The palate enters bold and viscous, elegantly balanced with vibrant acidity and bright flavours of freshly cut melon, honey and white pear. The finish is lingering and rich, brought to a crescendo by hints of candied nuts, French oak and a crisp lime-acid pois. 10 months 100% new French oak.

A classic Wilyabrup chardonnay to be sipped and savoured. Drink now or be rewarded by cellaring for 10 or more years. A Bob Cartwright gem. Superb with duck breast sous vide, pork belly, creamy chicken, pasta and crisp salads.
