Mosaique Organic Mediterranee IGP Rose

An intriguing mix of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah from Provence make up this pleasing Rosé. Malolactic fermentation has been blocked to add to the zippy freshness and vibrant acidity. A very pale pink colour here, the nose offers florals, herbs, red fruits and a chalky backing.
