Limniona (Limniona – Syrah – Merlot)

Attractive shiny purple with violet hues in the glass. Beautiful, enjoyable nose with intense aromas of violet and carnation. Then comes the turn of cherry, sour cherry, mature red raspberry and plum.

The bouquet is completed by unique spicy notes of cinnamon and clove. Elegant on the palate, with medium-volume body, gentle acidity and soft tannins. Here fruits have the leading role with mature cherry and strawberry standing out.

The second sip brings the barrel in the spotlight with vanilla, wood, cinnamon and allspice while an impressive herbal sense of black tea remains in the long-lasting aftertaste.

The Duck Dry Red (Syrah – Merlot – Limniona)

A red blend of Syrah, Merlot and the Ancient Greek grape varietal of Limniona. Elegant red fruit flavours combine with floral and vanilla aromas, with a soft luscious finish.

The color of dark cherry with onion highlights is intense. Complicated nose with an elegant touch of the French barrel. Medium tannins with full body.

Pairs well with roasted meats and vegetables, cooked
sauce and poultry with delicate sauces

The Duck Dry White (Moschato – Assyrtiko – Malagouzia)

A blend of 3 different varietals of Moschato, Malagouzia and Assyrtiko. An easy drinking, refreshing and fruity white blend suited for all occasions. Intense on the nose, with typical aromas of citrus fruits and lemon flowers. Well balanced palate, with medium acidity and smooth finish.

Enjoy it with veal, pork tenderloin, poultry, creamy risotto, pasta with vegetables or saffron, spaghetti carbonara, braised kid goat in lemon sauce and beef fricassee.

The Duck Rosé (Syrah – Merlot)

Beautiful aromas and flavours of cherry, strawberry jam and savoury tomato mixed with an elegant fragrance of roses. The perfect Rose for entertaining.
