The wine has a perfumed aroma of rose petal, cherry and strawberry with hints of musk stick, pear, gunflint and fruit tingles.
An attractive dry style rose with lots of fruit flavour, texture and vibrant yet soft acidity. The flavours are primarily ripe strawberry, red cherry, raspberry and citrus with a long confectionary finish. The perfect wine for smoked salmon, goat’s cheese and warm days.
Apples and pear greets the nose, followed by hints of lime, cumquat and sweet herbs. The fruit sweetness is wonderfully present and carries seamlessly through to the palate.
A fantastic wine for beach and BBQ’s, it is fresh & fruity and the slight sweetness is well matched with crisp acidity. Nectarine, honeydew melon, pineapple and mango are underlined with a zesty lime flavour.
The wine also displays some residual sugar which is well balanced by the lively finish and slightly elevated CO2.
A lifted aroma of peach, pear and grapefruit with hints of struck match, quince paste, subtle oak and attractive bready characters.
A wine with great fruit intensity and chalky acidity. The wine displays ripe peach, grapefruit, rock melon and nectarine flavours with notes of lemon butter and toffee apple. The wine is richly flavoured with integrated oak and an attractive mineral thread.
Ripe strawberry, cranberry and cherry with hints of toasty oak, stalk, cola and truffle.
A light to medium-bodied wine with attractive sweet fruit. It has silky, soft tannins which make it very appealing in its youth, however it also displays a depth of flavour and persistence that makes us confident it will cellar beautifully.
