Cultivated in Italy since the nineteenth century, Italian Pinot Grigio is universally appreciated for its light, very crisp and dry taste. The wine is straw yellow in colour with lingering aromas of nutmeg, vanilla, ripe tomato and acacia blossom. Full in flavour, the palate is dry and crisp with hints of orange zest. Nice accompaniment to shellfish and seafood dishes.
