Sourced from select vineyards within South Australia, this fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of tropical fruit, gooseberries and herbaceous notes with a lovely citrus twist. The palate is structured and elegant with zesty acidity. It has been crafted for immediate drinking and whilst enjoyable on its own, it is particularly well suited to a variety of dishes from grilled seafood to a fresh chicken salad.

The Tempus Two Silver Series imparts a level of style and sophistication to any dining occasion. Our 2012 Shiraz is sourced from mature, low yielding vineyards in the Langhorne Creek region of South Australia. A concentrated and complex wine with dark chocolate, liquorice and spice aromas and flavours accentuated by nutty oak from barrel maturation. Full bodied yet supple with velvety tannins, a perfect match with red meat, wood-fired pizza as well as a mature cheddar cheese.
